Description:
Before the age of knights, before the rise of Rome, the Greek hoplite stood his ground. His helmet was not just armor—it was a symbol of citizenship, discipline, and the unyielding spirit of the city-state. The Corinthian helmet, with its iconic T-shaped opening and sweeping cheek pieces, is one of the most recognizable helmets in history. This Corinthian style helmet is a faithful replica of those ancient designs. Forged from 18-gauge carbon steel, it features a polished steel body with a hand-hammered, dimpled texture that mimics battle wear and aging. The rounded skull cap is crowned with a raised, sharp central ridge running from front to back, while the thick vertical nasal guard protects the center of the face. Large integrated cheek plates curve downward to shield the jawline, leaving the prominent T-shaped opening for the eyes and mouth. The flared rim along the bottom edge is designed to deflect downward strikes away from the neck. Inside, the helmet is fitted with an adjustable leather liner, visible through the eye openings, providing a comfortable and secure fit for combat, display or reenactment use.
