Description:

This Norse-style Viking axe is inspired by the seafaring culture of the Viking Age. The axe head is forged from carbon steel and features etched detailing that gives it a weathered, historically inspired look. The blade is sharpened and the axe is solidly constructed. The handle is made from durable rose wood, with a lanyard hole cut out at the bottom. The Valknut symbol is engraved into both sides of the handle and etched into the center of the illustration on the axe head—a nod to Norse design and mythology. At 20.25 inches overall with a 6.5-inch axe head, this is a substantial piece for collectors of Viking-era arms, reenactors, or anyone who appreciates the craftsmanship of a traditional Norse axe.
