Description:

Carry on valiantly through any weather when you tote this unique hand-carved drinking horn. The Vegvisir is an Icelandic symbol meaning "That Which Shows the Way." It's found in the 19th-century Huld Manuscript, which proclaims that if this sign is carried, one will never lose their way through storms or bad weather—even if the path is unknown. The symbol carved onto the front of this horn resembles a compass, surrounded by a circle and a dot pattern. A criss-cross pattern is etched around the rim, adding a finished border to the design. The horn is 100% natural and hand-polished inside and out for a smooth, shiny finish. Each piece is unique—the size ranges from approximately 13 to 15 inches, and the colors and shapes vary because no two naturally occurring horns are the same.
